A safety net once the manufacturer's warranty ends
We will never sell you a phone system with maintenance cover over the warranty period like some other telecoms companies do because we don't want you to pay for cover you don't need. The warranty is your guarantee from the manufacturer and if your equipment fails within its limits then it is your right to get a working replacement from them.
We are here for you when the warranty ends. Whether or not you bought your system with us, by taking out PBX maintenance cover with Halo, you are guaranteeing that any system fault, hardware or software, will be dealt with by our experienced telecoms engineers. We understand that your phone system is the lifeblood of your business and we are here to keep you in touch.
Can we maintain your system?
If you ask us to maintain your telecommunications equipment, we will arrange a site visit at your convenience and perform a complete audit of all the equipment you require maintenance for. After the audit is complete, our engineer will be able to advise you on the best course of action.
If we did not install your system, we are still able to provide ongoing maintenance cover in some circumstances. This is largely down to whether or not your system is what is known as a 'legacy system', or one that has reached its functional end-of-life. This will be determined in the site audit.
