Major Network Outage

We have been investigating a high number of "Slow broadband" reports. This is affecting connection to online applications and to call quality ob VOIP systems.

The issue appears to be nation wide and affecting BT, Sky, TalkTalk and others.

If you are affected we suggest powering down your router for a minimum of 10 Minutes, this will allow your current internet session to clear before reconnecting, giving you a new session hopefully avoiding the incident bottle neck.
