A call was received by our esteem colleague, David Walker, and they had lost their communications since Thursday evening and was there anything that Halo could do to assist them?
David and Jim from our IT went over the road to assess their issue and at first thought's it appeared the switch had issues and we promptly changed it over to a new switch from our stock. After confirming they were all back up and running David gave them his calling card and informed them to call if they experienced any further issues. Later that evening, our on call Tech guy received the call and promptly went to their site. After more investigating the issue was found and resolved. The following email was received from Braehead foods:
On behalf of Craig and all the staff at Braehead Foods we would like to extend our thanks and gratitude for all your support last week. Hopefully all our phone issues will be totally resolved soon once your team comes on board.
