It has been in the works for a while now, but we're pleased to announce that our new website is live! Apart from being pretty easy on the eye it's highly functional and fully responsive which means that it will still look as good and work as well whether you are accessing it on your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device. Good, eh?
We wanted to make sure that our customers had an easier time navigating around our site to take advantage of the wide range of services we offer and products we can provide. There is not only a dedicated 'About Us' section where you can read a little about the Halo story, but there are plenty of features to make getting in touch with us easier whether you are looking for help or looking to find out a bit more about what we offer; just look to the 'Contact' section and dedicated 'Online Services' tab in the main menu. We're particularly pleased with the latter feature: you can view your bills online, raise a ticket if you need support, and access remote assistance when you need to.
This website re-design was all about you, our customers: it's tidy, easy to use, and informative. This dedicated blog section is also new to help bring news of what we're up to and of new products and services launches straight to you.
